Reconditioning Process for Raymond Certified Quality Lift Trucksraymond rebuilt trucks

You can trust your Raymond Rebuilt truck thanks to our detailed inspection and reconditioning program:

  • General: All units are externally cleaned, visually checked for structural integrity and repaired as necessary.
  • Drive Units: Inspected for proper operation and leaks and repaired as necessary.
  • Caster Assembly: Inspected for proper operation and damage and repaired or adjusted as necessary.
  • Motors: Tested for proper grounds and brush wear and repaired as necessary.
  • Hydraulic Pumps: Inspected for leaks and rebuilt or replaced as necessary.
  • Valves: Inspected for leaks or other damage and resealed as necessary.
  • Hose Assemblies: Inspected for leaks and damage and replaced as deemed necessary.
  • Electrical Panels: Visually inspected for corrosion, wear and worn contact tips, and repaired as necessary.
  • Controller: Tested for proper operation and repaired as necessary.
  • Mast Assemblies: Inspected for physical damage and wear, repaired and re-shimmed as necessary. Lift rams are inspected for chrome damage and leaks. Cylinders are repaired and repacked as necessary.
  • Brake System: Disassembled, inspected and tested for safe operation. Components are rebuilt or replaced as necessary.
  • Wheels and Tires: Inspected for excessive wear and serviceability and replaced where necessary.
  • Paint: Units are externally detailed and painted.
  • Updates: All safety hardware and software updates are installed.
  • Final Inspection and Testing: Trucks are operationally and load tested as per Canadian Provincial Standards to assure proper operation of all controls and functions.

Raymond Certified Quality Reconditioned Trucks are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of four months after installation or 350 hours (whichever occurs first) on major components. An optional Extended Warranty for Certified trucks offer a guarantee period of 12 months or 1,050 hours (whichever occurs first) on major components, with minor components guaranteed for five months or 440 hours, and wearables guaranteed for 90 hours or one month.
